Frits Galle is currently in the role of EU HR Project Manager.
Accountable for driving and supporting multinational transition projects. After some years in the graphical industry, he joined in 1985 Philip Morris International in the Netherlands and made an impressive bottom-up cross-functional and international career with a diversity of roles in Manufacturing, Commercial and HR. In time, he discovered and developed professional expertise in the areas of Organization Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Change Management, adding value to dynamic transitions in the organization. Working on Global and Regional multi-level & -cultural projects, his biggest learnings are that the sooner you involve people in organizational change processes, listen well to the real needs while simplifying the project approach as much as possible, the bigger the impact to more sustainable success will be. Frits is very open and happy to share some concrete and practical examples of these learnings during the conference including the moment that changed his mind in managing structural organizational development/change and the thinking behind.
