Gary P. Cormier brings a career of almost 30 years’ experience in both Human Resources and leadership management, the last 15 of which have been at an executive management level. Gary’s particular expertise is focused in the areas of diagnosing, consulting and delivering HR services and solutions to organizations in need of HR leadership, management development and strategic planning coaching. He has a relevant background in leadership and employee development training delivery, in developing strategic plans for various organizations and functions, including providing leadership relative to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as broad experience in various change management interventions.
Gary’s direct work experience has been in high growth companies, large enterprise organizations, HR solution providers and in the realm of academia (such as at Harvard University in a leadership role on assignment and then as a Director of HR Consulting for the main university of Faculty of Arts and Sciences, managing a team of nine HR Consultants).
Gary has been a marketplace presenter and OD/Management Facilitator on a wide variety of topics related to HR best practices and innovative approaches to both HR and leadership management. Gary has a double BA Degree from Assumption College, Worcester, MA in both Biology & English as well as a Masters in Theological Studies/Pastoral Counseling from Weston School of Theology, Cambridge, MA.
